If you have a spare 40 minutes this interview with Mikael Colville-Andersen, the man behind Copenhagenize and Cycle Chic, is well worth listening to.

    I think a blue rather than green for a painted bike lane is a much better colour, especially considering the green chosen here is the same green as is used for freeways signs
