That’s a pretty good effort with the materials and tools available. Makes one ponder on how lucky we are to have our lovely machines. It would be nice if we could ship a few preloved clunkers across the ocean.
Actually there are organizations shipping used bicycles to Africa (and other parts). Bicycles for Humanity have a chapter in Melbourne and have sent 4 containers of used and repaired bikes to Africa.
